Query page
The search page is the initial page of this website. The center of the page is split into 3 sections. The top section is the main query selection section. Here, you can select the specific type of query you want to perform. Underneath this first box is the 'Constraints' section, where you can choose various ways of constraining your search. The final section is for searching for specific PlasmoDB or oligonucleotide IDs.
Sidebar
The left side of the page is a side bar containing various links. There are links to the paper, individual figures, and downloadable data. You can also find answers to "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)", submit feedback or questions about the site, submit common gene names for open reading frames (ORFs), download copies of our protocols, and find links to other useful sites.
